Emma is a Managing Associate specialising in corporate banking. She is an experienced banking lawyer having spent 10 years in London and Hong Kong, where her practice encompassed acquisition finance, corporate banking, investment and development real estate finance, and restructuring. For much of her career, she has had a particular focus on leveraged acquisition finance, with significant experience of advising on all sides of private equity backed transactions. Her experience also includes time in-house with lenders Barclays and Credit Suisse.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys running, travelling and going to the theatre.
