Jhenna is a member of our Charities and Private Wealth Disputes Team. She previously supported our charity clients to maximise their legacy income and has experience working alongside legacy teams managing legacy income cases. Jhenna now deals with contentious trusts and probate matters. This work involves Will validity claims, claims under the Inheritance (provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and applications to remove executors.
Jhenna completed her law degree at the University of Exeter. Jhenna is a graduate member of CILEx and a Trainee CILEx Chartered Legal Executive.
Outside of work, Jhenna enjoys cooking, yoga and travelling.
