It is a licensed body (ABS) authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA authorisation no. 635846). The term ‘Partner’ refers to a director, employee or consultant of Clinical Negligence Services Limited with the equivalent standing and qualifications of a partner.

Insurance

We have in place professional indemnity insurance cover of £100 million. This is in compliance with and in excess of the minimum level of cover required by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. It is provided by Aviva Insurance Limited, The Mezzanine, St Helens, 1 Undershaft, London, EC3P 3DQ.
