Moving forward with pride

Pride Month is a time of celebration. It is also a month for reflection, progress, and commitment to change. Foot Anstey is striving to create an inclusive workplace for everyone. We want all our people to feel comfortable, supported and heard.

We recognise that change is continuous, and we understand that we are on a journey as we help to address issues faced by the LGBTQ+ community. We are committed to ensuring equality, diversity and inclusion are part of daily life at Foot Anstey, not just this month but all year round.

During Pride Month, we will seek to better understand the issues in order to commit to meaningful change. We will do this by sharing resources and information with our leadership and our people, by asking for feedback from our people, and by identifying how we raise the bar.
